Function Art Contest 2026
July 14, 2026
The results of the annual Function Art contest have been summed up. The Applied Mathematics and Informatics program holds a competition among students enrolled in the Mathematical Analysis I and Mathematics for Business and Economics II courses.
This year's competition entries were exciting and creative, and it was difficult for the jury to determine the winners.
According to the results of the jury voting, the places were distributed as follows:
Saliha Mohammad Reza - 1st place
My art function is made in the shape of a globe. Inside the circle, there are many connected circles moving together, representing students who are always active, developing, and striving for their goals. Their different sizes and colors show the diversity of students in our university — everyone is unique, but all are united by one common purpose. The globe symbolizes the international and global spirit of AUCA, where students from different backgrounds come together to learn and grow.

Aidai Masalbekova – 2nd place
Here is my work for the Function Art Contest. I wanted to make it creative, so I used the painting that hangs on the 1st floor of AUCA Campus as my reference. I also attached the picture that I traced.
