Alim Sagynaliev of School 61 won an I-Pad 2 from Svetofor in the first Mathematics and Logic competition hosted by the AUCA on May 27th .

On 23 May 2012 CASI hosted a workshop “Kyrgyzstan and Europe: A Relationship Built on Securing Development?” organized by the Europe-Central Asia Monitoring programme (EUCAM) of FRIDE (Brussels/Madrid) and the Karelian Institute (Joensuu, Finland)
 

Diplomatic Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic hosts the 9th Annual American Studies Symposium on May 18-20.

On 29 May 2012 CASI will host a talk by Dr. Erica Marat on “Kyrgyzstan: A parliamentary system based on inter-elite consensus?” The event is open for public and will start at 15:30 in Room 232, AUCA.
